Our approach to food is what we like to call "midwest comfort food". This means family recipes developed by us while growing up and raising a family in southern Indiana. From slightly spicy sausage gravy, a recipe we still enjoy as a family every Christmas morning, to parmesan chive biscuits created by our daughter Amanda while in 4-H that won Grand Champion at the local county fair, and simple but delicious chocolate chip cookies with our own secret ingredient, we invite you to slow down and enjoy the simple delight of straight-forward, well-prepared food.
